This unique opportunity lets your business be at the beginning of an annual and uniquely Fenton Event. “Colonel Fenton’s Annual Game” at the Fenton Hotel combines three of Fenton’s great community themes: the legend surrounding the naming of the city, the venue of the 150 year old Fenton Hotel and the ability to support the Fenton School Foundation.

Total Event Sponsor

The Total Event Sponsor ($5,000 Donation and Five Year Commitment) will receive the following:

• Signage inside and outside the event, including imprinting on the event ticket
• Custom playing cards featuring the sponsor’s name and image on the front and back of the cards.  Each participant will receive a deck of cards to be used throughout the event.
• A picture of the winning table to be placed in a prominent location at the Fenton Hotel will include your company name.
• 7 Tickets (a complete table) at the event and the assurance of all these ticket holders being placed at the first table.
• Placement in all foundation press releases and events
• The ability to withdraw from the event with no obligation with a 6 month written notice to the foundation prior to the following year’s event

Tournament Sponsor

A tournament sponsor (Donation Amount  $2,500 and 5 Year Commitment) will receive the following:

• Signage inside and outside the event, including imprinting on the event ticket
• Custom playing cards featuring the sponsor’s name and image on the  back of the cards.  Each participant will receive a deck of cards to be used throughout the event.
• 7 Tickets at the event and the assurance of all these ticket holders being placed at the second table for the first round.
• Mention in all foundation press releases. Your entire sponsorship donation will be placed directly into the school’s foundation.
• The ability to withdraw from the event with no obligation with a 6 month written notice to the foundation prior to the following year’s event

Final Table Sponsor

The final table sponsor (Donation Amount $2,500) will receive the following:

• Signage on the final table, including imprinting on the event ticket
• 7 Tickets at the event and the assurance of all these ticket holders being placed at the final table for the first round.
• Mention in all foundation press releases. Your entire sponsorship donation will be placed directly into the school’s foundation.

Table Sponsor

A table Sponsor (Donation Amount $ 1,000) will receive the following:

• Signage on the table.
• 7 Tickets to the event and the assurance that all the tickets will be seated at the same table for the first round
• Mention in all foundation press releases. Your entire sponsorship donation will be placed directly into the school’s foundation.

Card Sponsor

• Company name or image on the kings, queens or jacks of every deck
• One ticket to the event
• Mention in all foundation press releases. Your entire sponsorship donation will be placed directly into the school’s foundation.
