He was an All State Football Player under Coach Morley Frasier and State Champion in Wrestling. He attended MSU where he was big ten champion twice and finished 7th at the 62 NCAA tournament. He developed a great wrestling tradition at Fenton High School. He is highly respected by everyone who played for him.
